We Build Better.Essential FunctionsAccounts Payable:Enter vendor invoices into the accounting system accurately and timelyReconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepanciesMatch purchase orders to accounts payable invoicesAssist with month-end closing tasks related to APFleet Administration:Process DMV paperwork for vehicle registrations and renewalsCommunicate with fleet managers to reconcile vehicle location and group assignmentsUpdate internal and external fleet systems with current vehicle dataMail out vehicle registrations and gas cards to driversMaintain organized records of fleet documentationThe preceding functions have been provided as examples of the types of work performed by employees assigned to this job classification. About You: QualificationsHigh school diploma or the equivalent required.Prior experiences in accounts payable and/or fleet administration preferred.Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesProficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), and data entry.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong organization and reasoning skills.Proactive and positive attitude, showing initiative and the ability to work independently.Comfortable managing multiple tasks.Physical DemandsFrequently works outdoors on uneven surfaces.May be required to sit or stand for long periods of time.May be required to stoop, bend, and crouch.Work EnvironmentWorks in a climate controlled environment 50% of the time.May work in varying weather conditions: hot, cold, and wet conditions.Frequently works in areas with large industrial equipment subject to high noise levels.May occasionally work in areas with hazardous chemicals.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily.
