You’ll achieve success by: - Perform thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions in an outpatient setting, assessing their functional abilities, limitations, and goals. - Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and goals, incorporating evidence-based interventions, exercises, and manual techniques. - Implement treatment plans effectively, providing hands-on therapy and guidance to patients to facilitate functional improvement and pain management. - Educate patients on self-management techniques, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies to enhance their recovery and prevent recurrence. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress reports to track treatment outcomes and ensure continuity of care. - Direct and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and/or Aides in delivering patient care, providing guidance and support as needed.
