Signing Bonus: This position is eligible for a signing bonus totaling $2,500, paid in installments as follows: $500 after 30 days of employment, $1,000 after 90 days of employment, and $1,000 after 6 months of employment. All bonus payments are subject to standard tax withholdings.

About the Role
As a teacher in our early childhood education programwhether working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged childrenyou will help provide a foundation for lifelong learning.
As an Infant/ToddlerTeacher at Merryhill School, you're responsible for creating a safe and nurturing learning environment for children. You will provide a warm, caring, joyful environment that encourages preschoolers’ natural curiosity and instills confidence in their innate abilities.

What We Are Looking For
Educational background with 12 semesters or 18 quarter early childhood education units shall include courses that cover the general areas of early child development, child, family, and community, and program/curriculum, or a bachelor’s degree in child developmentPatience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Prior teaching experience with young students is preferredTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
