MANTECH seeks a motivated, career-oriented Acquisition Security Analyst III to join our team in El Segundo, CA supporting advanced technology protection for high-priority government programs. In this role, you will help implement and manage program protection methodologies throughout the acquisition lifecycle to ensure the security and integrity of sensitive systems.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:You will support security planning, documentation, analysis, and classification activities to protect critical technology, systems, and operational information throughout the development lifecycle.Conduct lifecycle program analysis to identify Critical Program Information (CPI), Critical System Resources (CSR), associated vulnerabilities, and help implement countermeasuresProvide technical security support and guidance to SAP, SCI, and collateral programs across acquisition and sustainment phases; offer informed recommendations to program management and security stakeholdersSupport the development, execution, and implementation of Program Protection Plans (PPP) and supporting documents including OPSEC plans, transition plans, CONOPS, emergency action and transport plansReview and coordinate documentation for public release, ensuring proper CUI markings, classification levels, and distribution statements in alignment with Air Force doctrineDevelop tailored analytical products using multiple data sources and systems to support real-time security decision-making and risk managementExposure Contingency Plans (ECPs), Managed Access Plans (MAPs), SOPs, and System Test Plans (STPs)Provide technical analysis and OPSEC support to SMC or AFSPC special programs, including efforts related to system RDT&E, mission planning, and operational integrationMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 4 additional years of equivalent experience might be substituted for a degree10+ years of experience supporting acquisition programs, including at least 6 years with SCI or SAR programs4+ years of experience specifically with SAR program acquisitions (desired)Familiarity with applicable DoD security manuals, ICDs, JAFANs, and other guiding policy documentsExtensive knowledge of DD Form 254 and its role in the Air Force acquisition processClearance Requirements:Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is requiredMust be eligible for access to Special Access ProgramsWillingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph is requiredPhysical Requirements:Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the timeOccasionally moves within the office to access files, equipment, and other materialsConstantly operates a computer and standard office equipment such as printers and copiersFrequently communicates with colleagues, management, and customers; must be able to exchange accurate information, including delivering presentations
