ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Direct customer consultation and relationship building is a critical element of the FFC (Food Fanatic Chef) role. The FFC develops and conducts kitchen/operations assessments for customers and teams up with other members of the sales support team to build action plans to address short and long-term opportunities. Chefs deliver conclusions and present products that assist the customer in achieving business goals.The FFC develops meaningful relationships with US Foods customers. The chef also seeks opportunities to cultivate relationships with prospective customers and engages in sound communication practice to close the loop with sellers. This applies also to seeking new business with consistent connection to the NBM (New Business Manager) role.The FFC advances the food culture of the organization. The chef drives education, inspiration and adoption of our exclusive products and offerings. Essential Work Functions: Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' wounds, including measuring wound dimensions, assessing tissue type, and evaluating signs of infection or delayed healing Create and execute individualized treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic wounds, pressure ulcers, surgical wounds, diabetic foot ulcers, and other conditions Provide education to patients and their families on wound prevention, proper wound care techniques, and strategies to promote healing Administer wound care treatments, including debridement, dressing changes, negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT), and application of advanced wound products Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure wound care aligns with overall treatment goals Provide wound care in a variety of environments, including hospitals, outpatient wound care clinics, long-term care facilities, home health settings, and rehabilitation centers, adapting care to the unique needs of each setting and patient population Accurately document wound assessments, treatments, progress, and patient education in the patient medical record Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of practice Adhere to hospital safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards Required Essential Skills: Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills The ability to read, write, & communicate in the English language is required Ability to read/comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and proficiency in PC skills Physical Abilities - Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, bending Interpersonal Skills - To work effectively with a variety of personnel (professional and ancillary) to present a positive attitude and professionalism Technical/Motor Skills - Ability to grasp, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling and able to move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment. Mental Requirements - Must be able to cope with frequent contact with the general public, customers, and meeting deadlines under pressure. Must be able to work under close supervision occasionally as well as working without assistance from other personnel. Must be able to contend with irregular activity schedules occasionally and continuous concentration to detail Sensory - Visual acuity, ability to effectively communicate.
