This role combines detailed operational scheduling expertise with project administrative support to ensure efficient manufacturing workflows and timely project completion. Essential Functions: Scheduling & Production Coordination: Actively manage detailed production schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent scheduling software. Coordinate closely with Manufacturing, Inventory Management, and Purchasing to ensure timely procurement and availability of materials. Track and manage inventory levels, proactively identifying potential material shortages or schedule delays. Analyze scheduling variances and production risks, promptly communicating impacts and proposing actionable solutions. Administrative & Sales Support: Support the sales team with project quoting, order tracking, and general administrative duties. Maintain accurate records in ERP and CRM systems. Provide necessary project documentation and reports. Requirements: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in production scheduling, inventory control, or related roles within manufacturing environments. Proven proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar scheduling software.Strong computer skills, including ERP and CRM experience. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
