School Psychologist Key Responsibilities:Psychological Assessments: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of cognitive, emotional, adaptive, and behavioral functioning using a range of standardized tests.IEP & 504 Plan Support: Develop and consult on individualized education plans (IEPs) and 504 plans based on assessment data. Create evidence-based interventions and strategies.Crisis Support & Training: Provide crisis support during emergencies and offer training to school staff on mental health, behavior management, and instructional strategies.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate, confidential records of assessments, interventions, and progress.
