Your Role The Care Managementteam will serve to support the mission of the department, which is to provide support to patients in maintaining health and wellness in the outpatient setting. The Senior Care Manager will report to the Manager of Care Management. Responsible for department costs to budget through effective manpower planning, scheduling and overtime usage 3. Ensure optimal deployment of human, technical and material resources in the department 11. Initiate and control continuous optimization of processesLeadership 1. Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed 2. Guide, motivate and develop the subordinate employees within the Human Resources Policy 3.
