You will be playing a crucial role in making our community at Lake Havasu City healthier and will be part of a team with a positive and collaborative work environment. To ensure that patients' needs are met you will be working side-by-side with our Multi Care Technicians. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively across disciplines to coordinate patient care as well as opportunity for growth and enhance your skills in critical care. ***Per Diem***Minimum Qualifications:Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. The RN performs initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition. Establishes a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient according to his or her capabilities and desires. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family. Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.Minimum Qualifications:Associate's Degree in Nursing Required. Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred. An Active Arizona RN License or Compact License required.ACLS required upon hire.Arterial Line Placement required within 6 months of hire.
