The TM manages their multi-unit network of district operations by training, developing and motivating their employees to complete their daily tasks with minimal supervision.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Ability to manage in a multi-unit settingCan train, inspire and motivate employees to function in an environment with minimal daily supervisionIs committed to world class safety and customer serviceEducation and Experience:High school diploma required, college degree strongly preferredFive or more years’ experience in a related management role. Additional compensation includes eligibility to earn a performance-based bonus or commissions on completed sales.This is the Company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
