Position Overview The primary roles and responsibilities of the Sr. Mechanical Engineer are to coordinate project planning, execution, start-up, and closure according to strict deadlines and budget. Qualifications Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 15+ years of experience related to the design, procurement, operation, and maintenance of fixed mechanical equipment in a pulp & paper, chemical, petrochemical or similar manufacturing environment.Good working knowledge of ASME and API codes for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, and piping systems, etc.The candidate must have a working knowledge of how projects flow thru various phases, and how to manage each of these phases to completion.
