Job Duties: Operate a motor grader with precision to prepare and finish surfaces for roads, parking lots and other construction projects. Utilize GPS Machine Control systems to ensure accurate grading and adherence to design specifications. Perform fine grading of base rock and gravel, ensuring proper compaction, drainage and smoothness. Execute “Blue Top” operations by setting final grade stakes and matching the grade to required elevations and slopes. Work effectively in tight or constrained areas, maintaining productivity without compromising quality or safety. Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation. Collaborate closely with site supervisors, project managers and crew members to meet deadlines and specifications. Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, site policies and regulatory requirements. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and mercy service standards.The Delivery and Newborn Care nurse is an essentional member of the labor and delivery team, attending deliveries to assist and assume care of the newborn upon delivery. In this role the nurse will: Provide immediate newborn care and assessmentPerform and document APGAR scoring and monitor vital signsInitiate thermoregulation, airway managment, and early feeding supportAdminister newborn medications (e.g., Vitamin K, erythromycin) Support skin-to-skin contact and bonding with parentsIndentify and respond to signs of neonatal distress or complicationsCollaborate with obsteteric, pediatric, and NICU teams for seamless care transitionsDocument assessments and itnerventions accurately and promptlyQualifications:Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.Preferred Experience: Prior labor and delivery, couplet, or newborn care.Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.One or more of the certifications below may be required based on the position/unit hired to, or acquisition of certification within department required timeframe:ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course)TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)CPHON (Certified Pediatric/Hematology/Oncology Nurses)OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse)PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)PEARS (Pediatric Assessment Recognition and Stabilization)S.T.A.B.L.E.
