Collaborate closely with site supervisors, project managers and crew members to meet deadlines and specifications. Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, site policies and regulatory requirements. Perform general labor and ground work as needed to support project completion.

Qualifications: Proven experience as a Motor Grader Operator, specifically with GPS Machine Control systems. Expertise in finishing base rock and gravel for roads and parking lots. Proficient in "Blue Top" operations on dirt and gravel surfaces. Strong understanding of grading techniques and principles. Ability to work efficiently in tight spaces and maintain high production speeds. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Valid driver's license and relevant operator certifications. Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
Skills: Experience operating other types of heavy equipment (e.g., bulldozers, loaders, compactors). Familiarity with construction project planning and reading site plans. Knowledge of various soil types and their behavior during grading and compaction.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have reliable transportation. Able to meet all physical requirements such as standing, walking, climbing, stooping, bending and lifting 50 pounds or more. Ability to work around loud noises and can tolerate being exposed to odors, gases, dust, etc.
