Steep Creek LLC is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent for our Construction Division. This position is for a key player who can be on-site to direct day-to-day field operations for civil projects such as roadways and bridges. The successful candidate will always be prepared, organized, responsive, willing to take on challenges directly, and seek assistance when needed. Promote and enforce a safe, clean, organized, and secure work site, while fostering a positive safety culture. Process field team timesheets, manage schedules, and handle time-off requests. Mentor and support field team members, providing performance feedback and recommendations for improvement or wage adjustments. Perform additional tasks as needed to support overall project success.
