Steep Creek LLC is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent for our Construction Division. This position is for a key player who can be on-site to direct day-to-day field operations for civil projects such as roadways and bridges. The successful candidate will always be prepared, organized, responsive, willing to take on challenges directly, and seek assistance when needed. The Civil Project Superintendent will report directly to the Construction Division Leader.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, typically 3-4 days of travel per week
Job Duties Include: Supervise and actively participate in operating heavy and light construction equipment, trucks, and job site tools. Assign and oversee work for team members and subcontractors to ensure projects remain on or ahead of schedule.
