Job Duties: Operate a motor grader with precision to prepare and finish surfaces for roads, parking lots and other construction projects. Utilize GPS Machine Control systems to ensure accurate grading and adherence to design specifications. Perform fine grading of base rock and gravel, ensuring proper compaction, drainage and smoothness. Execute “Blue Top” operations by setting final grade stakes and matching the grade to required elevations and slopes. Work effectively in tight or constrained areas, maintaining productivity without compromising quality or safety. Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation. Collaborate closely with site supervisors, project managers and crew members to meet deadlines and specifications. Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, site policies and regulatory requirements. Immediately reports all safety hazards.
