ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Oversee all aspects of the fleet maintenance function while establishing and maintaining a safe work environment and working conditions for employees. Ensure shop and vehicle safety practices are always followed.• Lead to create a culture of safety that ensure that every US Foods associate, our customers, and the general public with whom our drivers and fleet technicians interact remain injury free, always.• Interview, hire, and train all fleet technicians.
