Unloads all equipment, materials and remove trash from trailers as required.Completes daily record of hours of service and enter in log in accordance with Federal DOT, state, and company requirements.Performs general housekeeping duties in tractor, loading dock area and keep trailers clear and clean as required. Physicians Care is looking for a Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to remotely supervise our midlevel providers at center in Hoover, Alabama. A time commitment of 3-8 hours per month, on average, is required. Additional options to work PRN shifts are available. Active DEA License is required.
