This role is crucial in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring reliable technology systems across our organization.Key job responsibilities* This shift is a 10 hour - Wed-Sat Night-Shift position, with a 8PM start time.* Process tickets via approved standard operating procedures (SOPs) to triage and resolve customer issues.* Provision, Deploy, and troubleshoot Windows, Linux, and maxOS workstations* Provision, Deploy, and troubleshoot bare-metal windows and Linux servers* Configure, Deploy, and Replace network infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls* Participate in hiring, training and development of others* Provide technical support for Kuiper Production, lab and launch Infrastructure, components, and associated software * Provide remote support for Kuiper employees and infrastructure worldwide* Perform scheduled maintenance and system upgrades* Assist with project implementations and technology deployments* Drives engineering best practices (e.g., Operational Excellence, Security, Quality, etc.) and set standards.* Participate in on-call responsibilities.* up to 25% Travel RequirementsExport Control : This position requires that the candidate selected be a U.S. Citizen in order to comply with U.S. government-imposed requirements related to the nature of the work and/or where it will be performed.A day in the lifeYou start the day by reviewing critical incidents that need to be prioritized. The base pay for this position ranges from $46,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $103,000/year in our highest geographic market.
