Les procds sont la dposition par placage de diffrents mtaux, la dposition par vaporation, la photolithographie, la gravure de mtallisation, l’application de rsines photosensibles et le dveloppement de celle-ci, le moulage d’poxy ainsi que le soudage de composantes en haute prcision. Pour rencontrer ces dfis, vous devez tre dvelopper vos connaissances et comptences. Vous participerez la mise en place des quipements et des procds. Pour ce faire, vous participerez l’achat des quipements, l’installation, au dmarrage et la qualification de ces derniers.
