Job Description:Saab, Inc. in East Syracuse, NY is seeking an experienced Lead Solder Technician to join the Manufacturing / Production team.Responsibilities will include:·Handling circuit boards and electronic components in accordance with electrostatic discharge sensitive safe-handling procedures·Reading schematics in order to perform repairs of circuit boards·Performing various circuit board soldering, to include through-hole and surface mount technology (SMT) components, including boards with conformal coatings·Performing solder repairs and rework on both new and previously assembled circuit boards·Rework, Repair, and Inspection of circuit boards and components using a high-powered microscope·Propose expenditures for tools and equipment to support circuit board solder repairs·Train personnel on performing solder repairs and reworkCompensation Range: $ 25.19 - $ 30.19The compensation range provided is a general guideline.
