- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required, Altru database helpful.
- Motivated individual with a desire to learn and explore all aspects of fundraising
- Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Ability to work as part of a team to achieve the fundraising goals of the Museum
- High regard for confidentiality and sensitivity in dealing with volunteers and donors
- Demonstrated executive presence and diplomacy when working with volunteers and donors
- Willingness to work some evenings and be flexible with hours as required by the position
