As a Beauty Advisor, you will represent the Lancôme brand by sharing your time, knowledge and love of products. You are the one that makes Lancôme #1 and brings the brand to life every day in the service of feminine beauty by creating a unique brand experience for every woman and empowering her by listening and teaching her something new. You are the heart of Lancôme.
Training, Learning and Development:
Lancôme Beauty Advisors are enrolled in a comprehensive three-day skincare, makeup and luxury service training before getting to the counter. High achievers are encouraged to pursue further professional development programs. The career path of the Lancôme Beauty Advisor is limitless. Lancôme Beauty Advisors have gone on to become Counter Managers, Sales Managers, Vice President of Education and Senior Vice President of Sales and even the Lancôme President.
