HR Assistant - Houston 77093

Pay will be $12.00 - $13.00 an hour based on experience.

We are seeking an HR Assistant to join our team! You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires. This is a Monday-Friday position from 8am - 5pm.



Administrative Assistant - Part Time

We are looking for a competent Part Time Executive Administrative Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to executive’s working life and communication.




$15 per hour

We are currently seeking a Full-time Bookkeeper who will be responsible for the payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and collections, etc.

Booker Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department
  • Typing accurately, preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records
  • Preparing bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements



HR Assistant Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
  • Knowledge of labor and employment laws
  • Ability to build rapport with all employees

  • Accuracy and attention to detail
