II. Basic Qualifications
A. Education
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university (Business, Marketing, Manufacturing, Engineering); or
- In lieu of Bachelor's Degree, must have a minimum of 5 years safety industry experience in manufacturing / processing environments.
- Current safety related certifications are preferred but not required.
B. Experience
- Minimum 5 years safety experience covering manufacturing and/or processing facilities (Petrochemical, Heavy Industrial, Food & Beverage, etc.) or with construction firms. Must have experience in auditing safety conditions at facilities or job sites, driving compliance and/or improvements, and training workers and/or management in best practices, process compliance, and metrics.
- Safety solution sales experience is also preferred.

- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical data.
- Ability to write in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to effectively present/communicate information to stakeholders and team members at all levels
- Ability to constantly communicate successes and plan to the organization driving involvement and cultural transformation.
B. Strategic Planning
- Ability to analyze local business effectively and define/communicate a clear direction and go-forward plan both short and long term.
- Ability to define goals, metrics, and levels of success for internal/external customers.
- Ability to execute plan individually and by utilizing a cross-functional team to meet/exceed business goals and effective involvement of consultant resources.
C. Change Management/Problem Solving
- Ability to quickly identify barriers to progress and execute team plan for success in/out of specific events.
D. Other Skills
- Computer - Microsoft Office, Manufacturing ERP system, CRM system, Safety systems
- Mathematical / statistical skills
IV. Essential Functions

- The ability to travel domestically (50%+ travel )
