EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- High School graduation or GED, plus two (2) years experience in secretarial work of increasing complexity requiring knowledge of office practices and administrative procedures.
- Knowledge of word processing and computer data entry and the ability to utilize various computer programs.
- One (1) semester (15 semester hours) of accredited college work may be substituted for each six (6) months of the required experience.
- Maximum substitution, two (2) years.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS OR CONDITIONS (specify):
- Current State of Texas Driver License or if you live in another state, must be currently licensed in that state.
- Liability insurance required if employee will operate personal vehicle on Center property or for Center business.
- Must be insurable by Center’s liability carrier if employee operates a Center vehicle or drives personal car on Center business.
- Must complete all CORE training requirements in month in which they are due.
