Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver who:
- 10+ years’ experience with construction, EPC contracts and/or employment litigation.
- 10+ years of litigation and/or dispute resolution experience.
- Previous experience as a contract administrator.
- Legal background.
- Experience or familiarity with pre-trial discovery production.
- Is a motivated self-starter requiring minimal guidance yet knows when to ask for help.
- Must be able to perform and meet deadlines
- Proficient knowledge of all State and Federal Court Procedures and must have knowledge of county court filing system, as well as rules and procedures
- Experience in schedule and calendaring knowledge
- Attention to detail is essential
- Effective working independently and as part of a team; must be team-oriented
- Attendance and punctuality imperative
- Must be able to multi-task effectively
- Flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities.
- Some travel will be required.
- Exhibits strong initiative as well as excellent teamwork and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrates ability to work under time deadline pressure.
- Desires to learn the business and drive improvements in efficiency and speed of execution.
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills; excellent oral and written communication skills; and acute attention to detail.
