As a Customer Care Representative, a typical day may include the following: Handling a high volume of inbound calls from our clients’ employees to answer questions, provide education, and solve complex HR and financial issues related to their health care benefits, 401k savings and retirement plans, leaves of absence, payroll, etc.  Processing transactions such as health enrollments, tax and direct deposit updates, 401k withdrawals or contributions, and retirement elections.  This may include additional research and ongoing casework. Leveraging your computer navigation skills to toggle between multiple screens and systems to provide answers and support. This may include assisting the caller in navigating the system as well.  Creating and updating files in our database and communicating with third parties to research and assist the customer with updates or inquiries.

The Senior Systems Administrator is responsible for the team that provides support, management and maintenance of the enterprise computing environment, hardware and software. The environment is comprised of servers, storage, core Microsoft services, AV, content filtering and other core services. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in Core Technologies and have experience with hosted and in-house equipment with strengths in Microsoft technologies and VMWare. Job Responsibilities:
Provide leadership to System Administration team members. Assist with the development of group strategy and direction. Develop, refine, and document policies, processes and procedures. Attach pulleys and blocks to fixed overhead structures, such as beams, ceilings, and gin pole booms with bolts and clamps. Fills blower hopper with insulating materials. Covers, seals or finishes insulated surfaces or access holes with plastic covers, canvas ships, sealant, tape, cement or asphalt mastic. Reads blueprints and selects appropriate insulation, based on the heat retaining or excluding characteristics of the material. Measures and cuts insulation for covering surfaces, using tape measure, handsaw, knife or scissors. Moves controls, buttons, or levers to start blower and regulate flow of materials through nozzle. Prepare surfaces for insulation application by brushing or spreading on adhesives, cement, or asphalt or attaching metal pins to surfaces. Evenly distributes insulating materials into small spaces within floors, ceilings, or walls, using blower and hose attachments or cement mortar.
