The Driver Retention Manager will be the key in the investment of drivers and improving the driver journey through out the onboarding process. The Driver Retention Manager with work in building relationships with drivers to ensure reduction in driver turnover. The Driver Retention Manager will be the point of contact for driver issues or concerns and will follow up in a timely manner.  The Driver Retention manager will work closely with driver development team, operations and safety to ensure driver success. The successful candidate will manage driver surveys, feedback and in person meetings to improve overall Driver experience.
Primary Job Responsibilities Manage retention driver metrics System to organize data, run analytics and present data feedback to Management Responsible for continuous follow up to close the communication gap between Drivers and GWI teams. Responsible in working with GWI departments to improve driver journey from date of contract to termination Communication and organization of key trends to management and other departments.
