ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Position Summary:As an OTG PM Cook II, you will play a critical role for a company transforming the airport experience. As an OTG PM Cook II you will assist in overnight coverage and preparation for selected opening restaurants according to OTG specifications. All dishes must be prepared in a timely manner while maintaining the safety, sanitation, and security of the kitchen and equipment. The exact work location will be assigned by Terminal management in either a restaurant unit or group of units. Responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining, setting up, producing food, and controlling quality and quantity of all food items prepared in the station according to OTG specifications and restaurant directions Be able to prepare all the menu items on each station, know how to prepare the station for service, and know how to make all components on the station Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment Ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional Knowledge of operating all kitchen equipment (i.e. stoves, ovens, broilers, slicers, steamers, kettles, etc.) Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and work toward the goal of customer satisfaction Other duties as assigned

Position Summary: Under the team leadership of the General Manager of Post Retail, the Logistics & Salvage Coordinator establishes a salvage system to maximize the department’s vendor base, along with critical reporting, effective production and support the management of vendors to increase profit. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Research merchandise value using the current pricing guide and/or the internet and price merchandise accordingly. Keep abreast of industry trends, merchandise knowledge and competitive pricing. Demonstrates professionalism at all times and presents a friendly, cooperative attitude to general public and staff at all times. Help load and unload trucks upon request. Receive and record donations from the public as needed. Must be able to ensure that all production standards, guidelines, and deadlines are met. Sort and/or price donations according to company guidelines. Assist in keeping store production supply available. Conduct self in safe manner; report all injuries immediately. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and providing assistance with basic questions about store operations and/or merchandise. Notify supervisor of low and overstocked items.
