Position Summary: Under the team leadership of the General Manager of Post Retail, the Logistics & Salvage Coordinator establishes a salvage system to maximize the department’s vendor base, along with critical reporting, effective production and support the management of vendors to increase profit. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Research merchandise value using the current pricing guide and/or the internet and price merchandise accordingly. Keep abreast of industry trends, merchandise knowledge and competitive pricing. Demonstrates professionalism at all times and presents a friendly, cooperative attitude to general public and staff at all times. Help load and unload trucks upon request. Receive and record donations from the public as needed. Must be able to ensure that all production standards, guidelines, and deadlines are met. Sort and/or price donations according to company guidelines. Assist in keeping store production supply available. Conduct self in safe manner; report all injuries immediately. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and providing assistance with basic questions about store operations and/or merchandise. Notify supervisor of low and overstocked items.

The Leadman possesses all the skills required of a Journeyman and is able to supervise a work crew without direct supervision from a higher level. Supervision in this case comprises instruction on how to do the tasks required of the craft, and does not generally constitute pay, scheduling, or disciplinary decision making.
Paint walls, equipment, buildings, bridges, and other structural surfaces, using brushes, rollers, and spray guns. May remove old paint to prepare surface prior to painting. May mix colors or oils to obtain desired color or consistency.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Paints surfaces, using brushes, spray gun, or rollers. Applies paint to simulate wood grain, marble, brick, or stonework. Uses pressure washer or blasting equipment to prepare surfaces. Cuts stencils, and brushes and sprays lettering and decorations on surfaces. Sands surfaces between coats and polishes final coat to specified finish. Bakes finish on painted and enameled articles in baking oven. Washes and treats surfaces with oil, turpentine, mildew remover, or other preparations. Mixes and matches colors of paint, stain, or varnish. Fills cracks, holes, and joints with caulk putty, plaster, or other filler, using caulking gun or putty knife. Reads work order or receives instructions from supervisor Climbs scaffolding or sets up and climbs ladders to work above ground level. Covers surfaces with dropcloths or masking tape and paper to protect surface during painting. Burns off old paint, using blowtorch. Removes fixtures, such as pictures and electric switchcovers, from walls prior to painting. Sprays or brushes hot plastics or pitch onto surfaces. Smoothes surfaces, using sandpaper, scrapers, brushes, steel wool, or sanding machine.

Job Summary Ensure staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service and that guest needs are met. Inspect grooming and attire of staff, and rectify any deficiencies. Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc. Inspect storage areas for organization, use of FIFO, and cleanliness. Complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies. Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well being of guests. Complete work orders for maintenance repairs. Head Start Mental Health Professional

Early Head Start (EHS) Teacher Two to three years working with infants to 3 year olds. Infant-toddler child development associate (CDA) or associate or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education. Attend our CDA classes within 12 months and achieve an infant toddler CDA within 24 months.
Head Start Teacher Associate or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education. Related degree with 18 hours of child development courses. One year paid experience working with children ages 3 to 5 years old.
Head Start Teaching Assistant Six months to a year experience working with young children and CDA, associate or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, or enrolled in a CDA program to be completed within 24 months from date of hire. We will support you in acquiring your CDA.
Family Services Provider Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, family services, counseling or related field. Bachelor’s degree in an unrelated field with a credential/certificate in social work, human services, family services, counseling or related field.
Cook High school diploma or GED certificate Food service experience in school or child care setting is a plus
