The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring the company’s domestic and international shipping and receiving functions as well as for the storage and distribution of all items received. The Supervisor will be responsible for providing logistical support for warehouse functions through ensuring that shipping and receiving procedures are followed and that positive relations are managed with a diverse group of customers, vendors and internal contacts within the organization. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Prepares outgoing orders or incoming materials following all proper procedures Investigate shipping, receiving or inventory errors and customer complaints Maintain employee attendance and corrective action records Tracking of assigned performance metrics and monitor daily employee activities Warehouse documents record keeping including all documents related to shipping and receiving activities. Forklift Operator
Forklift operator is an individual who operates the equipped industrial forklift to move materials and the warehouse region and to load and unload truck trailers or shipping containers. Operators maintain the equipment, machines, and electrical components. They are accountable for general maintenance, repairing and welding mechanical or electrical equipment, and machines, and other associated working equipment. Forklift operators work in docks, warehouses, airports or industry settings. Facilities Equipment Technician
Position Summary The Facilities Equipment Technician is a maintenance technician responsible for monitoring and maintaining the operation of all production and building systems; including, but not limited to, production automation, appliances, and building equipment. This position responds to all system failures by taking appropriate corrective action and completing or assigning the repairs needed to ensure that systems are operational and are functioning safely and efficiently. This position reports to the Facility Manager.  This position is for 3rd shift from 10 pm - -8:30 am Tuesday - Friday.  On the job training will be done during normal working hours and e the position will transition into the third shift as the permanent shift. Duties and Responsibilities Performs skilled and semi-skilled maintenance activities including maintaining/managing building equipment and systems (e.g. HVAC equipment and electrical systems) and performing production equipment troubleshooting and repair Daily responsibilities include performing preventative and reactive maintenance on any facility system and assisting manufacturing technicians (MTs) with process and machinery repairs and improvements Supports a cleanroom manufacturing and non-sterile lab environment, which utilize manual, automated, and semi-automated equipment in a critical environment Develops preventive maintenance schedules and/or procedures Maintains daily equipment, facility, and HVAC inspections Promptly responds to requests for repairs and work orders and include parts and inventory used Solves technical issues by identifying root cause(s) and identifying both short-term and long-term countermeasures Inspects the quality of third party and/or MT repairs Responsible for inventory control, ordering of replacement parts, tools, and supplies through purchasing. Conducts physical parts inventories Records and documents working history on all equipment for facilities and engineering via a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Leads non-supervisory employees and other staff that may include contractors, consultants, and/or temporary employees Manages projects and develops associated documentation. Apply insulating materials to pipes or ductwork, or other mechanical systems in order to help control and maintain temperature. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Fits, wraps, or attaches insulating materials to structures of surfaces, using hand tools or wires, following blueprint specifications. Fills blower hopper with insulating materials. Covers, seals or finishes insulated surfaces or access holes with plastic covers, canvas ships, sealant, tape, cement or asphalt mastic. Reads blueprints and selects appropriate insulation, based on the heat retaining or excluding characteristics of the material. Measures and cuts insulation for covering surfaces, using tape measure, handsaw, knife or scissors. Moves controls, buttons, or levers to start blower and regulate flow of materials through nozzle. Prepare surfaces for insulation application by brushing or spreading on adhesives, cement, or asphalt or attaching metal pins to surfaces. Evenly distributes insulating materials into small spaces within floors, ceilings, or walls, using blower and hose attachments or cement mortar.

Identify, remove, pack, transport, or dispose of hazardous materials, including asbestos, lead-based paint, waste oil, fuel, transmission fluid, radioactive materials, contaminated soil, etc. Specialized training and certification in hazardous materials handling or a confined entry permit are generally required. May operate earth-moving equipment or trucks.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Assembles scaffolding and seals off work area using plastic sheeting and duct tape. Positions mobile decontamination into or portable showers at entrance to work area. Builds connecting walkway between mobile or portable showers and work area, using hand tools, lumber, nails, plastic sheeting, and duct tape. Use hand operated or power-operated tools to remove or encapsulate asbestos containing materials. Spray chemical solution over asbestos-covered surfaces, using tank with attached hose and nozzle, to soften asbestos. Cuts and scrapes asbestos from surfaces, using knife and scraper. Shovels asbestos into plastic disposal bags and seals bags using duct tape. Cleans work area of loose asbestos using vacuum, broom and dustpan. Wears protective clothing and uses a respirator to prevent exposure to airborn asbestos fibers Follows all safety regulations regarding work practices, such as work site preparation, decontamination, and waste disposal Uses encapsulating materials in an appropriate manner. Appropriately position warning signs. Follow proper techniques for minimizing fiber release through the use of wet methods, negative pressure ventilation equipment, high efficiency particulate air (HEPA) vacuums, and proper clean- up and disposal procedures. Safely remove coatings or refuse that may contain hazardous compounds (lead based paint, contaminated soil, etc.) using approved methods.
