Your role at Sephora:
As a Lead Automation Engineer at Sephora, you will: Develop and execute software tests to identify software problems and their causes. Understand product requirements and provide feedback for automation improvements. Assess effort required for automation, ensure timely project delivery, create comprehensive test strategies/plans/reports, automate testing for web, mobile, and POS applications. Prioritize work based on ROI, managing risks. Test system modifications to prepare for implementation. Suggest new tools for efficiency. Create and maintain databases of known defects. [Working from home in the United States is permitted.]
Minimum Requirements:
· Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in foreign equivalent in Engineering or a related field
· Five (5) years of experience as a QA Engineer or a related occupation
Education or Experience must include:
· Automation tools including Selenium WebDriver, RestAssured, JUnit/TestNG, and Cucumber
· Java development skills
· Design patterns
· Best coding practices
· Automation industry trends
· Continuous Integration concepts and tools
· Designing, architecting, and developing Appium based Mobile Automation framework for Android and iOS
· Using Jenkins, Git and Maven
· Python development skills, software Testing methodologies, Scrum, and Agile processes
Salary: $160,200 to $166,500 per year depending on experience
