We are looking for hardworking, safety-conscious individuals to join our concrete crew. As a Concrete Laborer, you will assist with forming, pouring and finishing concrete structures under the guidance of experienced team members. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina, teamwork and a willingness to learn. Prior concrete or construction experience is preferred, but not required. We’re happy to train motivated individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow all company safety protocols and attend scheduled Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) training sessions.
- Assist with setting forms, pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete under supervision.
- Prep work areas by staging materials and assembling tools or equipment as needed.
- Place and secure reinforcing materials like rebar or mesh.
- Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with positioning anchor bolts, steel plates, and other embedded items.
- Apply sealers, curing compounds, or other surface treatments as directed.
- Help with concrete patching, waterproofing, and minor surface repairs.
- Maintain a clean, organized and hazard-free job site.

Qualifications:
- Previous construction or concrete experience is a plus, but not required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
- Must be available for flexible scheduling, including weekends and call-ins
- Comfortable working at heights when required
- Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs
- Frequent standing, walking, climbing ladders or stairs and use of hands
- Regular stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling
- Able to communicate well with others.
