Job Description:
The Information Technology Corporate Campus Buildings & Systems Engineering Supervisor (BaSE) is responsible for supervising and maintaining Office Building Operations. He/She will be responsible for physical property management of two corporate campuses. Also, he/she will provide leadership in the areas of safety, environmental compliance, process engineering, and project management within the NJ IT facilities. He/She contributes to and leads the maintenance and reliability of Class A Corporate IT Campuses, facilities, housekeeping, plant equipment, and other assets. This position will maintain vendor contracts, coordinate, dispatch, and oversee the work of contractors and vendors to ensure top standards are met.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Identifies need for modifications, replacements, or upgrades for equipment, facilities, and processes to enhance performance and ensure efficiency
Identifies areas for preventative maintenance to increase facility efficiency and equipment life expectancy
Implementation of sustainability efforts to increase building power efficiency
Manages space allocations for Corporate IT Campuses
Leads repair projects to maintain the value and efficiency of the facility
Researches and recommends process alternatives to create quality solutions for improvement
Develop and track financial budgets and goals
Leads project life cycle activities to see projects from beginning-to-end
Delegates work assignments to complete the deliverables for small projects or components of larger projects to meet project plan requirements
Assists with communication plans to ensure those affected by projects are informed and updated
Prepares and conducts project progress and quality reviews to provide project updates
Monitors costs, timelines, and resources to address plan deviations
Ensure environmental compliance with Local, State, and Federal requirements

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
CAD skills

Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $80,460.00/year to $130,800.00/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
