What Youll Do:
Provide compassionate counseling and support to patients and their loved ones
Help families adjust to the emotional and social impact of illness
Coordinate care through assessments, referrals, and interdisciplinary planning
Connect patients with vital community resources and support systems
Empower individuals to take an active role in their health and well-being
Receive clinical supervision hours toward licensure while making a real impact
