ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a Full Time RN Supervisor. The successful candidate will support the Nurse Managers in the overall administrative direction for the clinical and operational practice of nursing and delivery of patient care in ChristianaCare HomeHealth, an ANCC Magnet® designated unit/practice area. Shares 24-hour responsibility and accountability for all aspects of daily operational activity with the Nurse Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Functions as a highly visible role model, demonstrating quality expertise and professional behaviors which support professional development of staff and the strategic goals of ChristianaCare.
  • Directs, mentors and supports all staff.
  • Enables a relationship-based care approach to care delivery.
  • Performs routine rounds on patients and caregivers.
  • Performs HomeHealth Visits to supervise licensed licensed and unlicensed caregivers.
  • Performs admissions, resumption of care and re-evaluations to establish and update plans of care.

Requirements:

  • BSN required; Masters Degree in nursing preferred.
  • Must possess a current DE RN license, or compact state license
  • Previous Home Healthcare experience required

Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
