Position Summary
The Pediatric Registered Dietitian II will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nutritional care for our inpatient population. This role includes evaluating medical, biochemical, and nutritional information, developing individualized care plans, and providing mentorship to
dietetic technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nutritional care to inpatient populations.
  • Assess patient needs through medical, biochemical, and nutritional evaluations.
  • Develop and implement appropriate nutrition care plans.
  • Assist in supervising and supporting the daily work of dietetic technicians.

Qualifications
  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition.
    • Minimum of 3+ years of progressive Dietetics experience, including at least 2 years in pediatric nutrition.
  • Certifications & Licensure:
    • Registered Dietitian (RD) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
    • Current Massachusetts Dietitian license.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong analytical skills to address complex clinical challenges.
    • Effective communication and conflict-resolution skills.
    • Well-developed writing ability for documentation and communication.
    • Spanish language skills a plus.
