Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience within the past 4 years.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Nebraska license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Required Credentials: RN’s - Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation
- candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity
Required Skills/Experience:
Must be able to independently manage ante partum and laboring patients. Also required 2 years Labor and Delivery experience with the ability to also do couplet care.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- bonus if they can do post-partum.
Shift & Scheduling:
every third weekend, and depending on need could be E/O weekend
Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit:
RN will be caring for patients with inductions, vaginal deliveries and recoveries, OB circulations, c-section deliveries and recoveries. RN will be caring for antepardums and high risk OB patients.
Oxytocin, magnesium, fluids, epidural, blood pressure medications
Facility holidays: 01/01/2025, 11/27/2025, 12/25/2025. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
