Description:
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Performs phlebotomy procedures in accordance with standard policy and procedure guidelines. Draws blood from patients in a physicians office/clinic, or similar facility for analysis or other medical purposes
Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
One (1) year of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Phlebotomy Certificate from a medical training facility along 1 year of clinical experience required.
