The Groves Senior Living is one of Stellar Senior Living’s most collaborative and relationship-focused communities. With 79 assisted living apartments and 55 memory care apartments, we’re just the right size, offering the resources of a larger community and the closeness of a smaller one. We call our sales team members Family Advisors because that is truly their role: guiding prospective residents and their families in understanding their needs and finding the best options to meet them. What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with prospective residents and families through tours, calls, and consistent follow-up.
- Listen with care, uncover needs, and offer thoughtful solutions.
- Plan and host creative marketing events that draw in new prospects and strengthen community connections.
- Partner with department leaders to ensure smooth and welcoming move-ins.
- Keep leads organized and follow up consistently using CRM tools.
- Represent The Groves at outreach opportunities and networking events.
- Share responsibility with your fellow Advisor for promptly responding to after-hours inquiries.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in senior living sales or a closely related field, with a proven track record of driving occupancy growth (strongly preferred)
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
- Organized, reliable, and professional in follow-up and lead management.
- Confidence and creativity in planning and hosting events.
- A genuine passion for serving seniors and families.
- Ability to work Sunday–Thursday with rotation for after-hours calls.
