Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Minnesota license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <80 miles from facility will be processed as local.

Additional Details:
Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Shift & Scheduling: Nights or Day/Night rotate. Every other weekend and holiday.
Floating Requirements: Tele, MS in the event it is needed.
Required Skills/Experience: 2 years OB/L&D experience. Post Partum and PEDS
Equipment Used on Unit: Philips Vitals Machines, Bladder Scanner, Medula Breast Pumps, Responder 5 Call light system, Medfusion Pumps.
Unit Details: Census varies-average 5 couplets, 2 pediatrics, 1 gyn, 2 labor, 4 SCN.
Previous Employment Requirements: Must note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Sanford Health. If clinician previously worked with Sanford, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date.
7 days maximum time off
1 reference from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission
Driver’s license required for submission
