We are currently seeking a hands-on, energetic, highly motivated, and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Denver. As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the assembly, dish, and sanitation teams, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
- Work location: onsite @ Sky Chefs facility @ Denver International Airport Hours 5:30am to 2pm with 2 consecutive days off – must be available to work weekends if needed to support operational requirements

Supervisor Responsibility
- Ensure the assigned area is properly organized, staffed, and managed to meet all delivery deadlines.
- Lead daily team meetings to communicate priorities and updates.
- Schedule and manage staff to achieve labor productivity goals while controlling overtime.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory standards, including FDA, USDA, OSHA, EPA, DOT, HACCP, and others.
- Maintain documentation of departmental processes and follow up to drive continuous improvements.
- Oversee accurate and on-time production and catering for all flights.
- Monitor operations to ensure full compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve high performance.
- Promote and uphold the company’s values and management principles within the department.
- Manage labor hours and operational costs, taking corrective action when targets are not met.
- Actively support and participate in company initiatives, including Quality, HACCP, Lean Manufacturing, Employee Safety, and Production Systems.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• Must have 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a food production or work in a related field within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and standards (FDA, USDA, OSHA, HACCP, GMP, etc.).
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications.
• Ability work in a refrigerated environment
• ServSafe certification a plus
