What this job involves:
This role combines technical expertise with mobility, requiring you to perform various maintenance tasks including water testing, electrical and plumbing repairs across multiple locations. You'll be responsible for responding to service calls, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all work meets safety regulations while delivering excellent customer service
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Conducting regular water testing and maintaining detailed records of results
- Performing basic electrical and plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Traveling to multiple sites to address maintenance issues and service calls
- Troubleshooting and resolving various system problems using technical documentation
- Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Maintaining comprehensive records of all service and repairs performed
- Reading and interpreting technical documents and manuals to guide your work
Required Qualifications:
- Clean driving record (essential for mobile work)
- Proven experience in general maintenance, particularly with basic electrical and plumbing systems
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and maintenance standards
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Physical capability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces for extended periods
- Excellent record-keeping skills with attention to detail

- Familiarity with building automation systems
- Strong customer service skills
- Relevant maintenance or technical field certifications
- Self-motivation with ability to work independently
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
