Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience within the past 4 years.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Nebraska license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Required Skills/Experience: Required to titrate drips: Vasopressors/inotropes, sedatives, heparin, octreotide, insulin
Required Credentials: Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation.
Types of Patients on Unit: Variety of ICU acuity patients- vented patients, BIS scoring, TTM, IABP (rarely).

- Beds: 16
- Ratios: 1:2, occasionally 1:3
Previous Employment Requirements: Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Weekend Requirements: Every other
- Holiday Requirements: Will rotate with perm staff
Floating Requirements: Can float to PCU or MedSurg
7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 01/01/2025, 11/27/2025, 12/25/2025. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
1 reference from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
