Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the past 12 months.
• Experience with GE Mac-Lab is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license (required after submission).
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.
- Shift & Scheduling: Every Other Weekend, Weekend Hours: Per Call
- Call Requirements: Every 3rd weekday and every 3rd weekend
Types of Patients on Unit: Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Adult
Required Skills/Experience: L/R HC, FFR, IVUS, Peripherals
Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Common Diagnosis/Treatment: STEMI, NSTEMI, Chest Pain
Required Credentials: Required Education: RN
7 days maximum time off
1 reference from last 2 years (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
Proof of identification required for submission
