Pay: Starting $28 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, on-call and Manager-on-Duty rotations
Hours: 8am – 4pm
Key Responsibilities & skills:• Oversee and manage internal room turnover projects
• Coordinate maintenance team schedules to ensure timely support
• Administer and track the work order ticketing system
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee contract services
• Strong relationship-building skills with residents and team members
• Ability to collaborate with Nursing, Dining, Housekeeping, and Administration departments
• Proven supervisory experience leading other maintenance technicians
