Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary SAP Architectto lead the strategic design, governance, and continuous evolution of our SAP landscape. This role blends technical expertisewith strategic thinkingand innovation leadership, ensuring that SAP capabilities not only support but accelerate business transformation.

The SAP Architect will partner with business and IT leadership to define enterprise-wide SAP strategies, introduce emerging technologies, and deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and maintain the SAP technology roadmapaligned with corporate strategy and enterprise architecture principles.
  • Partner with the CIO, business leaders, and functional stakeholders to translate business vision into an SAP-enabled strategy.
  • Lead SAP capability planning, investment decisions, and governance to maximize ROI.

Innovation & Transformation

  • Drive the adoption of next-gen SAP capabilitiesincluding AI/ML, automation, and cloud-native services.
  • Identify and pilot emerging SAP-related technologies to improve agility, user experience, and decision-making.
  • Champion design thinkingand innovation sprintsto reimagine business processes using SAP as a platform for differentiation.

Solution Architecture & Delivery

  • Architect end-to-end SAP solutions that integrate with enterprise platforms, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
  • Ensure designs adhere to architectural standards,best practices, compliance, and integration standards.
  • Oversee SAP technical direction for major transformation programs, mergers/acquisitions, and global rollouts.

Collaboration & Influence

  • Act as the primary thought leader and advisoron SAP capabilities for executives and stakeholders.
  • Mentor technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, partners, and the SAP ecosystem to influence product roadmaps.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years in SAP solution architecture with deep expertise in S/4HANAand SAP Cloudofferings.
  • Proven experience in enterprise architecture, strategy development, and innovation initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of integration frameworks, APIs, and data governance in an enterprise SAP context.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

How much do we pay (Base) $165,000-$200,000
*Note that the pay range listed for this position is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting.
