Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
• BSN completion preferred
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Required Credentials: EKG exam will be required
Preferred Credentials: Care of the Extremely Low Birth Weight Neonate Certification - National Certification Corporation
Floating Requirements: Traveler must be able to flex between L&D and Mother Baby
Shift & Scheduling: EOW, EOH
Unit Details: 18 LDRP beds, 4 triage beds, 2 ORs. Level 1 OB unit, hospital has a Level II Nursery. 650 deliveries/month.
Required Skills/Experience: Circulating and recovering C-sections
Preferred Skills/Experience: Scrub. Recent OB, ED or critical care experience.
Technology Used on Unit: Obix for tracings, GE monitors for fetal monitoring
7 days maximum time off
