The WW Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) team is seeking an experienced, results-oriented Strategic Projects Manager who focuses on internal Communications for the WW FBA organization. Reporting to the VP WW FBA, you will define and drive the internal communication strategy and long-term priorities for our Leadership team, focusing on coordinating key internal narratives across the global FBA business. In this role, you can expect key deliverables to include: leading the creation of presentations for internal team Townhalls, internal team speaking panels, presentations/narratives to internal SPS or WWAS audiences.
In this role, you'll bring communications, leadership, and business knowledge with end-to-end accountability. You'll develop insight-led strategies that resonate across the internal WW FBA organization and internal stakeholders. You'll collaborate with Leadership Team, PR, Legal, and the central SPS communications teams while partnering with senior stakeholders and FBA business teams to optimize processes and enhance internal and employee engagement/communications performance. We're looking for someone who brings a strategic mindset, demonstrated executive presence, and can drive operational excellence across WW FBA.
Key job responsibilities
• Develop and execute our internal global communications strategies for key FBA narratives, managing internal content strategy and working with cross-functional teams to define themes, messages, and channels for employee communication
• Own the long-term vision and tenets that drive working backwards strategies for internal WW FBA communications
• Translate complex business topics into effective internal communications content that drives engagement with FBA employees
• Build and manage strategic relationships with key internal stakeholders across businesses and geographies
• Design and implement measurement frameworks to track internal communication effectiveness
• Create and maintain playbooks to standardize internal FBA communications programs and drive global efficiency in employee engagement
• Present internal campaign results and strategic recommendations for employee communications to senior leadership
This role requires frequent engagement with FBA leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to influence others.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 7+ years of program or project management experience
- 7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
